Our shipping and returns policies have been developed in conjunction with the Distance Selling Regulations 2002. Further detailed information is shown below.
Contract
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless, and until, we accept your order in accordance with the following procedure.
Order Process
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps: (i) you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and then proceed to the checkout; (ii) if you are a new customer, you must then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details; (iii) once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery. In confirming your order you also consent to these terms of sale; (iv) you will be
transferred to either the PayPal website or the Nochex website, and either PayPal or Nochex will handle your payment; (v) we will then send you an initial acknowledgment that your order has been received.
We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. The only languages in which we provide these terms of sale are English, Spanish and German.
Prices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be stated when you pay for the product. In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product. Payment must be made upon the submission of your order.
Delivery
Items purchased via this website will be despatched from within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail and various delivery options are available including delivery of your order to Europe and Worldwide.
Ownership and Title
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point, and time, at which such product is despatched via Royal Mail.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and unused, and we will ensure that you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Customers in the European Union are also entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period, should you change your mind about your order. You must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted to, or emailed to, Nails by Karen Brandon, and you must ensure this is done no later than 7 working days after receipt of the goods. |
